Home Owners Association

Walmar Grove is served by a 5 member, elected Home Owners Association Board consisting of a mix of full time residents, second home owners, and owners of tenant occupied condos. They serve on a voluntary basis, and work closely with the property management company to maintain community standards, budgetary considerations, and oversee maintenance, compliance and quality of life issues on behalf of the owners.
