Home Owners Association

Walmar Grove is served by a 5 member, elected Home Owners Association Board consisting of a mix of full time residents, second home owners, and owners of tenant occupied condos. They serve on a voluntary basis, and work closely with the property management company to maintain community standards, budgetary considerations, and oversee maintenance, compliance and quality of life issues on behalf of the owners. The current HOA Board members are:
